Berlin - the warm water and heating costs rose in the winter on average by 18 per cent.
The costs of 80 a square meter large dwelling with fuel oil supply climbed in the heating season 2008/2009 in the comparison to the period last year of on the average 910 euros on 1074 euros.

That comes out from a collection of the energy official assignee Techem. In Germany each third household with fuel oil heats.

The principal reasons for the clear rise over up to 28,9 per cent are the hard winter and the rise of the fuel oil price.
